Rachel Hilliard, APRN, FNP-C, serves as the mid-level provider for Hubbard Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, PLLC. She conducts all Good Faith Exams and delivers timely medical oversight for aesthetic and wellness providers contracted through Alabaster Entities, LLC, a Texas-based Medical Services Organization (MSO).

Board-certified in Family Medicine and based in Central Texas, Rachel brings more than 30 years of clinical experience to her role. She is recognized for her strong clinical judgment, dependability, and unwavering commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care.

Guided by her Christian faith, Rachel is dedicated not only to the practice of medicine but also to mentorship and service. Throughout her life, she has supported and guided many young professionals, emphasizing the values of integrity, accountability, and compassion. She remains a trusted and highly respected member of the Alabaster provider network.

Roshni Ali, LE

Roshni Ali is a licensed esthetician and the owner of NURSKYN & Spa. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, she has been practicing esthetics for four years and is deeply committed to helping her clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Roshni specializes in skin concern–focused facials, advanced treatments, and customized at-home skincare regimens designed to deliver real, long-term results. She is passionate about continued growth in her field and consistently invests in advanced trainings and continuing education to ensure she provides the most up-to-date knowledge, techniques, and high-level care to her clients.
